🧩 8. Implementation & Partnership Structure
The implementation agency for this project shall be UGTA SURAJ FOUNDATION, which will act as the National Coordinating NGO and overall executing authority of the initiative.
To ensure wider social participation and operational reach, the Foundation will collaborate with five registered partner NGOs during the first phase of execution, including organisations such as Yuvraj Foundation and other accredited trusts/societies working in related domains of health, environment, women empowerment, and social development.
Each partner NGO will:
Operate under the unified guidelines and framework of UGTA SURAJ FOUNDATION.
Assist in state-wise survey operations, volunteer coordination, and awareness drives.
Submit monthly activity and utilization reports to the central project office.
To maintain operational security, transparency, and administrative control,
any additional NGO joining the project after the first five partnerships will be required to make a one-time refundable security contribution of ₹21,000 to UGTA SURAJ FOUNDATION.
This contribution will serve as a commitment and compliance deposit to ensure data integrity, volunteer safety, and accountability across all project activities.
All collaborating NGOs will receive:
Official recognition as Implementation Partners
Access to shared project resources, training, and digital data tools
Participation certificates and eligibility for future national projects under the Foundation
🔄 9. Monitoring & Transparency
Monthly internal review meetings.
Quarterly financial utilization reports.
External audit as per NGO norms.
Online dashboard for public transparency.
🌱 10. Sustainability Plan
After March 2027, the Foundation will continue the initiative through CSR funding and volunteer networks, scaling the Zero Food Waste Program to every major city and developing a permanent Digital Hospitality Database for India.
🏁 11. Conclusion
This project is a step towards a self-reliant, socially responsible hospitality sector.
With support from government ministries, CSR partners and citizens, UGTA SURAJ FOUNDATION aims to turn India’s hospitality industry into a model for sustainability, employment and compassion under the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
